The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager role is a multifaceted position that involves overseeing the food and beverage outlet areas including restaurant, bar, market, room service and specialty restaurant within the hotel.
Responsibilities include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures.

Qualifications
