Responsibilities :
Candidate Sourcing : Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screening & Interviewing : Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Job Postings : Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Database Management : Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Candidate Presentation : Present shortlisted candidates to clients, providing detailed candidate summaries and recommendations.
Onboarding : Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition for both candidates and clients.
Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to advise clients and candidates effectively.
Compliance : Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a staffing or recruiting agency.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
