Position Overview :

Our client in the Wholesale Building Materials is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team in North Carolina.

This is an extraordinary opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in multi-family large-scale sales to bring their expertise to a thriving, innovative company.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the multi-family sector.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers in large-scale multi-family projects (100 units or more).
  • Leverage your existing business book to secure new contracts and generate immediate revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and support.
  • Present and demonstrate our premium cabinetry and countertop solutions to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the estimating and shop drawing teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Required Skills / Abilities :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Cross-functional leadership experience
  • Consistent follow-up and process ownership mentality
  • Ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of related experience preferred
