About the Role :
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a school-based position near Lexington, MA.
This role will support students 1 : 1 and potentially assist in classroom settings when the 1 : 1 student is absent. This full-time position is set for the Fall semester with the possibility of extending through the full academic year.
Responsibilities :
- Provide 1 : 1 behavioral support to a designated student, implementing behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Assist in classroom management and support when the primary 1 : 1 student is not present.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure effective behavioral and academic interventions.
- Document and track the students progress, providing reports and feedback as required.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions and documentation.
Requirements :
- Valid RBT certification.
- Previous experience working in a school setting or with children preferred.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptive in a dynamic school environment.
