Embark on a rewarding career journey as a full-time HEZ Community Outreach Specialist (Bilingual) , joining our dedicated Health Enterprise Zone (HEZ) Project team.
In this role, you will focus on community outreach, playing a pivotal role in operating Bebashi's school-based and community pantries.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
- Participate in community outreach events to refer individuals to the organization's services.
- Support the operation of school pantries and other external pantry locations.
- Prepare items for distribution to all external pantries.
- Assist with the delivery of pantry items, both internally and externally.
- Assist with unloading and stocking items in internal and external pantries.
- Assist in ordering pantry supplies as needed.
- Represent the agency at speaking engagements focused on food insecurity issues.
- Complete intake forms and maintain accurate data records.
- Input and manage data using computer software.
- Attend agency and department training sessions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Driver's License : Possess a valid driver's license for at least three years with a good driving record.
- Physical Ability : Capable of lifting at least 30 pounds.
Background Checks Required :
- Must be able to pass FBI, PA State, Child Abuse clearance background checks.
- Social media background checks will also be conducted.
