We are currently seeking a Process Production Lead for our San Tan, AZ plant on day shift.

What you will do :

• Actively promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through positive recognition
• Must be able to operate multiple pieces of equipment : Loader, telehandler, skid steer, dozer, excavator, etc.
• Strategic mindset : see ahead in the future with possibilities that translates to breakthrough strategies
• Collaborative : ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with others and meet shared objectives .
• Optimizes work processes : knows the most effective and efficient processes to get things done with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Be able to do plant inspections.

What you will need :

• Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance

• The ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks up to feet as required.
• The ability to work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy)
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Working Conditions and physical environment : While most equipment has air conditioning, there will be times when other responsibilities may require periods of work in all weather conditions including heat, cold, wet, dry, and dusty.
