The Service Valet Concierge is responsible for moving service customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility and increase customer convenience by maintaining an orderly service parking area.

You must wear a smile on your face and always be ready to greet our customers and guarantee a pleasant service department experience! Duties and Responsibilities :

• Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly and professional attitude, answer their questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
• Determine if customers coming into service have an appointment, record customer’s information and perform a walk around the vehicle to document any damage or concerns.
• Perform complimentary wheel alignment tests.
• Drive safely and report any lot damage immediately, as zero lot damage is the goal and the expectation.
• Retrieve customer vehicles at cashier for pick-up; wait at vehicle for customer, thank customers for their business.
• Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats and I.D. tags in all the vehicles taken in for service.
• Deliver the keys and repair order hard copies to the appropriate Service Advisor immediately after parking a vehicle in the service parking lot.
• Maintain a clean and safe service drive area-free of trash, water, leaves and dirt.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and deliver vehicles to customer residence or place of business.
• Make key tags for vehicles.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management staff.
• Undestand and follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.

Job Requirement : Qualifications :

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work in inclement weather.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and have a valid driver's license.
• All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test.
