• Setting : Skilled Nursing Facilities around Lexington area
• Dates of coverage needed : ASAP ongoing
• Schedule : 2-3 days per week (M-F) - 8a - 5p - might see patients in as little as a few hours
• Scope of Practice : Primary Care for Geriatric population - Charting done by scribe
• License and certification : KY lic, Board Cert or Elig, DEA, ACLS
• Mileage included
