A company is looking for a Senior Accountant Consultant to provide accounting support for government contracting clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide accounting support including month-end close processes, reconciliations, and journal entriesFacilitate regular client communication and lead internal and external client status callsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with clients to implement best practicesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related fieldMust be a US CitizenMinimum of 3+ years in full life cycle accounting in a GovCon environmentWorking knowledge of FASB and GAAP, along with familiarity with CAS, FAR, and DCAA complianceExperience in multiple GovCon accounting systems, with proficiency in Unanet preferred
