Duties :
Program management and coordination
Proactively conceptualize, design, implement, and evaluate new programs to support areas of need
Design, conduct and analyze program evaluations and implement areas for improvement
Management and continual improvement of ongoing programs, seminar series, and events
Coordinate with internal administrative departments and dependencies to jointly enhance academic programs and services that benet stakeholders
Develop and enhance academic support systems
Develop and disseminate enhanced resources for NIH award applicants at facilities Hospital including resources, templates, and timelines.
Consult on issues that arise regarding mentorship, lack of productivity, etc.; ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in these scenarios
Serve as office point of contact and as intra- and inter- institutional liaison
Enhance offices ability to proactively reach out to stakeholders at defined touchpoints
Work with the relevant committees to help guide programming and keep office connected to stakeholder needs
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external partnerships
Develop communication strategies and outreach mechanisms to maximize / promote the functionality of offices programs
Serve as a resource for all questions related to trainee and / or faculty development at Childrens Hospital
Data management
Management of stakeholder information management systems including the management of all related data requests and initial reporting
Modify tracking database to keep with continually changing reporting needs and requirements
Serve as the liaison to all database target groups including leadership and administrators
Identify and collect information related to trainee and / or faculty stakeholders for use in institutional strategic initiatives, grant applications, etc.
Skills :
Additional Technical Requirements
Advanced knowledge of the key functional areas of administration, education, and training in a research environment
Advanced proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office) including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

Required Education : Masters degree

Required Experience :
One (1) year of academic, clinical or research experience.
One (1) year of project planning, organizing and execution experience
Preferred Education :
Advanced degree in science, biomedical or health related area
Preferred Experience :
Three (3) years of academic, clinical or research experience.
Three (3) years of project planning, organizing and execution experience
One (1) year of academic or research administration or management.
