Looking to the future, Smart Data Solutions has ambitious growth plans for the next few years and is currently seeking an Office Manager to join our team!What you’ll be doing?
- Oversee day-to-day office activities as main point of contact.
- Ensure office efficiency by maintaining common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing file systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment.
- Manage visitor registration and facility management, including leadership and client visits.
- Assist HR with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Assist Compliance on audits and managing policy and procedures.
- Assist with coordinating company events and employee activities.
- Assist executive assistant on administrative support for leadership team.
- Assist vendors with service appointments.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required skills :
- Proven experience as an office manager or other relevant administrative support experience
- Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability
- Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information

Location :
This position is located in our Dallas, TX office. This is an in-office position, with requirements of 5 days in office per week.
