RN - EMERGENCY ROOM - ADULT- DAYS
SHIFT : 7 : 30 AM-8 : 00 PM
LOCATION : NYC, NY
W2 : $40.67 / HR
STIPEND : $48.22 / HR
Duties :
- Being ready to respond and equipped to deal with a medical emergency.
- Quickly assessing patient needs.
- Treating critical injuries, allergic reactions, and trauma.
- Performing minor medical operations.
- Cleaning wounds.
- Drawing blood.
- Maintaining emergency room care standards.
- Assisting with insurance paperwork.
- Ensuring the efficiency of the patient check-in process.
- Displaying strong decision-making skills in emergency scenarios.
Skills :
Two years of the following experience is required : Emergency room experience is required IV insertion and phlebotomy skill is required Conscious sedation
Schedule Notes :
Rotating weekends is a requirement and workers must report as scheduled including holidays. Please see the shift time, hours per week / day on the request and ensure your worker will be able to commit to the schedule provided by the facility.
