We are looking for a competent Staffing Coordinator to undertake a variety of tasks such as assisting with scheduling & conducting new employee orientation and placement of employees.
Responsibilities
- Posts positions on Job Boards and other venues to attract qualified candidates
- Support candidate screening and hiring processes
- Schedules new employee Orientation Sessions
- Assist in preparation and execution of orientation and training plans
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct employee compensation
- Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations
Skills
- Excellent Microsoft Skills
- Proven experience as staffing coordinator or similar position
- Experience in execution of HR plans (onboarding, hiring etc.)
- Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures and best practices
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable with a respect to confidentiality
