Job Description :
We are seeking an entry level part-time customer service / accounts receivable representative in our Roseville, MN location.
This position may at some point move into a full-time position. In this role, you will be collecting payments, keeping records of customers calls, collection attempts and light office duties such as data entry, filing, answering overflow calls.
Essential Functions :
- Collecting payments from current customers and past due customers.
- Keeping records of customer conversations and collection attempts.
- Data entry, filing, shredding and answering overflow calls.
Basic Requirements :
- Previous experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic email and phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of auto repair terminology would be beneficial but not required.
- We will build on your current skills.
