Our At Elbow Support provides hands-on assistance to clinicians during the transition to new systems and workflows. This service focuses on change management, ensuring that healthcare professionals receive real-time guidance, training, and troubleshooting as they adapt to new digital tools and processes.
This approach helps to minimize disruption, increase adoption rates, and ensure a smooth, efficient transition across the health system
Duties :
Train front desk staff on how to confirm patient insurance information was uploaded.
Show pts how to sign up for MyChart / PreCheck-In / Upload insurance card / opt in for SMS.
Ensure on time delivery and support to meet client requirements per product and project specifications. Manage all the team activities;
ensuring 100% achievement of SLAs.
Understand and analyse business and technical specifications and requirements, as well as the impact to product / application / system
Create innovative solutions to meet support needs of our customers
Plan and implement User Success team's defined and evolving processes
Analyse and determine what behaviour and patterns make customers successful
Drive all technical and functional issues towards closure.
Coordinate with L3 support for application bugs and enhancement requirements.
Mentor / train junior product associates
An escalation point for internal and external customers on all items related to Production Support
Responsible for building and maintaining up-to-date product documentation and knowledge base
Respond to user inquires through various communication channels including phone, email, chat, etc.
Answer questions regarding how to use the product and tool features to accomplish their specific tasks or milestones.
Lead the associates and own the quality and timeliness of their work.
