Your Responsibilities Will Include :
- Administering medications to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Monitoring residents for any changes in condition and reporting to nursing staff.
- Assisting residents with daily living activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Providing compassionate and respectful care to all residents.
NOW HIRING : CERTIFIED MEDICATION ASSISTANT / MED TECH
Qualifications :
- Current Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) certification in the State of NJ.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in an assisted living or healthcare setting is a plus, but not required.
