We are an upcoming cool vegan coffee shop cafe, seeking an experienced manager to grow with us. This is a full-time, on-site role.
The café will be called "Richie's Cafe" and will be located at 1480 E. Hillsboro Blvd., Deerfield Beach, Florida 33441 .
An old gas station, at a desirable location, minutes walking distance to the beach.

Responsibilities :
The manager will be responsible for managing and training baristas to ensure they meet the same standards when serving coffee, tea, wine, beer, and food.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or the food and beverage industry
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- A percentage of the profits would be added to your salary. Everything is negotiable; your input is imperative and wanted.
