An understanding of the insurance industry and products is a beneficial. Current life and health licenses are a plus. Leadership Skills : Ability to lead, work along side and motivate a team of agents.
Experience in mentoring or coaching is highly desirable. Technical Proficiency : Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools.
Familiarity with automation and AI-driven tools is beneficial. Licensing : Licensed in multiple states with the ability and desire to expand.
