Strong hands-on experience with Cisco or Juniper routers and LAN switches. Solid knowledge of networking protocols : IPVPN, IP, MPLS, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, IPSec. Familiarity with network management and performance analysis tools. Understanding of DNS, NTP, Firewalls, ACLs, and IPv6. Active CCNA certification is required. ITIL experience preferred. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

We are seeking a skilled Lab Infrastructure Engineer with a strong networking background and programming experience to support our team in maintaining and troubleshooting lab environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in network infrastructure, surveillance, and performance analysis, with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and perform proactive network surveillance.
- Troubleshoot network layer and logical problems using standard isolation methodologies.
- Utilize tools for router access, circuit layout, automated circuit testing, and ticket management.
- Analyze network surveillance data and address issues identified through analytics.
- Support customer service requests and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and best practices.
