Huntsman is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor supporting the Advanced Materials Division located in Rock Hill, SC . This position will report to the Supply Chain Manager.

Job Scope

Warehouse Supervisors are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their warehouse. They ensure that all employees are working efficiently and safely, monitor inventory levels, and make sure that products are handled properly throughout the shipping process.

As the Warehouse Supervisor you will :

• Perform all duties in a safe manner in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies
• Monitor SAP for daily / weekly orders
• Prepare orders for shipments (instructions, picklists, BOL, COA's, packing lists, etc.)
• Schedule outbound pickups, carriers for bulk wagon, LTL, and FTL pickup for products, raw materials, and wastes
• Assist in managing waste and byproduct inventory
• Offloading bulk raw materials
• Schedule small package pickups
• Assist in setting up and maintaining warehouse locations
• Manage cycle count areas for inventory control
• Final Quality Control
• Perform pre-shipment inspections to ensure shipments meet Huntsman and customer needs : Labeling is correct and compliantContainers are clean, not leaking, and properly sealedPaperwork is complete and correct
• Participate in internal inspections, cycle counts, and physical inventory
• Coordinate workload over material handlers to maximize efficiency and readiness
• Various other office related tasks and / or projects to support other departments
• Record non-conformance properly via assigned system(s) (e.g., QT9 Insight)
• Actively participate on assigned company-designated teams, committees and demonstrate a positive influence to other employees and customers
• Respond to email inquiries regarding pickups, volumes, ready dates, etc.
• Report daily Post Goods issue for shipments

Other general responsibilities

• Follows instructions and performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
• Assists other employees in accomplishment of Huntsman company goals.
• Participates in and completes company-required training programs.
• Participates in EHS initiatives as set forth by the company. An aptitude for safety, safe work practices, good housekeeping and continuous improvement required.

This position may require some involvement with materials regulated under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).

This involvement may require an understanding of applicable rules and procedures associated with RCRA wastes. A combination of training methods, e.

g., Computer-based Training, Classroom, and / or On-the-job training, will be provided prior to any such involvement with RCRA regulated wastes.

Required Qualifications :

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years’ experience in a warehouse setting and shipping / receiving skills are required.
• 1+ years’ experience as a supervisor is preferred.

Specific Skills and Knowledge

• Must have a good safety approach to work and be willing to wear required PPE
• Demonstrated ability to drive a forklift with a safe record
• DOT, IMO and IATA hazardous shipping experience, certification preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to direct and work effectively in a team environment is critical
• Must be self-motivated, able to work as a team and possess a strong work ethic and a high degree of personal integrity
• Must have the ability to demonstrate leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving skills with good organizational and planning skills
