RELIEF VETERINARIAN

VCA All Pets Animal Hospital Salinas located in Salina, California is looking for an Relief Veterinarian who enjoys practicing medicine with a cohesive, tenured team!

A relief position is perfect if you are looking for a high level of flexibility, or if you are in search of longer term opportunities and want to spend some time in a hospital prior to making a full time commitment.

We offer competitive compensation : $1,200 per 8-hour shift.

About Us :

We are a 5-doctor, small animal general and emergency practice. Our hospital sees a variety of cases ranging from wellness to urgent care and beyond.

VCA All Pets is a welcoming, busy practice that provides high quality, compassionate care with excellent customer service.

Wellness and client education are a big part of our practice; however, we are also well-known for providing urgent and emergency care.

It is a large part of what we do! With our advanced equipment and talented support staff we are able to provide that continuity of care that truly builds a partnership between the client and the hospital.

Our facility is bright and spacious with five exam rooms and a large surgical suite. To provide excellent care we are equipped with in-house labs (including Vetscan CBC, chemistries, I-stat, PT / PTT and a variety of SNAP tests), endoscopy, surgical laser, LigaSure, orthopedic surgical equipment, ultrasound, digital radiography, and oxygen ICUs.

Digital dental radiographs are offered for every patient undergoing dental prophylaxis, and VCAs CareClub provides a cost-effective solution to developing a strong preventative care relationship.

We are located in the charming city of Salinas in the heart of John Steinbeck country. It is a short drive to many wonderful outdoor recreation areas, Monterey / Carmel, Santa Cruz, and the rugged California coastline.
