Our client , a leader in providing fin tech tax platforms, is seeking a Workforce Analyst to join its team in San Diego, CA !

This is a 1-year contract position with benefits!

As a Workforce Analyst, you will analyze workforce management data, audit capacity and scheduling plans, and develop key performance reports to inform business decisions . You'll also define tool requirements and provide expert guidance to stakeholders , ensuring efficient use of resources.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze and audit workforce management data, including capacity plans, expert scheduling, and shrinkage, to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and automate reports and dashboards to monitor key performance metrics and support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements for WFM tools and provide strategic consultation to stakeholders on optimizing expert resources.

Requirements :

  • 3+ years in WFM or operations analytics
  • Advanced SQL, Excel, and data visualization (Tableau / Power BI) skills
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities
