Packaging Operations Team Lead

  • Coach, train, and cross-train production crews across lines and machines.
  • Build a cooperative, high-morale team environment focused on safety and output.
  • Answer crew questions, resolve concerns, and remove roadblocks fast.
  • Promote safe, efficient work practices and support machine setup for production runs.
