CRDN is an established restoration company in Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota. We are rapidly growing and need additional help to service our customers.
Our field technicians go into homes that have been affected by fire, flood, or natural disaster to help the homeowner pack out their belongings. We identify and catalogue the items, pack them, and then transport them to our warehouse in Omaha, NE.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Getting yourself and crew on the road 15 minutes after Huddle
- Identifying the truck you need that day
- Giving direction to the team on job site
- Give the goals on what needs to get accomplish for the day
- Communicating back to PM or Sales throughout the day
- Updating email scope - with all metrics
- Making sure metrics are being met daily
- Updating on breaks and lunches
- Anything that happens on the jobsite will be directed to you
- Making sure the house is secure and supplies are back on the truck when leaving for the day
- Making sure trucks are clean and locked up for the night
