The Sales Business Development position is for someone who thoroughly enjoys meeting new people, promoting our business, and maintaining great relationships with our clients.
The candidate should have a proven ability to establish profitable relationships with decision-makers.
Responsibilities
Developing, maintaining, and expanding business relationships with potential and existing clients
Produce qualified leads and provide contract proposals.
Customer Service and management of client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage accounts and expand business relationships.
Creating, presenting, or responding to proposals for specific customer requirements, including RFP’s and industry-specific solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Three years of previous sales experience building relationships and expanding a client base in the commercial construction market.
The candidate should have strong knowledge and relationships in the construction market.
Track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
