We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and self motivated experienced dental assistant to join our team! Our office is an exceptionally modern fee-for-service private practice centrally located in Long Island with state-of-the-art technology, an enthusiastic team, a wonderful patient population, and has an emphasis on quality patient care.
The clinicians in the office (including a Dental University Professor) provide all phases of dentistry with an emphasis on implant, cosmetic, and reconstructive dentistry.
The job description includes :
- Direct patient care
- Assisting the dentists and hygienist during general and advanced procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms
- Sterilizing instruments
- Taking dental radiographs and cone beam CT imaging
- Digital intraoral scanning
- Ensuring the necessary equipment are ready for the dentists and hygienist.
Previous dental experience is preferred, but we are willing to train. Salary is based on experience level.
