Job description
Wise Medical Staffing has multiple openings for Medical Assistants (MA) in the Dayton area. Medical Assistant fulfill vital roles in each practice by working alongside Providers daily.
Medical Assistants perform routine administrative and clinical tasks
Medical Assistant (MA) Qualifications :
- Graduate of a medical assistant program.
- Certified as a medical assistant.
- CPR certified.
- 1 year experience preferred
Medical Assistant (MA) Duties and Responsibilities :
Symptom Reporting
Patient Intake
Verify Demographics
Assist Provider with procedures
Administer Medications / Vaccines appropriately as directed by the Physician
Collect Lab Specimens
Injections
Prescriptions Requests
Restock Exam Rooms
Complete Insurance Paperwork
Sanitize Exam Rooms
Prior Authorizations
Answering Phones
Equipment Checks
