The Position : Brand and Sales Strategist
Blendily is looking for a talented, motivated & result-oriented Brand and Sales Strategist to join our Seattle team. We are a small team so we all have to do a variety of tasks for the business.
This is the perfect position for someone who is looking to be part of a creative, experiential and nimble team.
This individual will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our brand strategy, driving sales growth across retail and wholesale channels, and overseeing marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities :
- Brand Strategy :
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.
- Create compelling brand materials that resonate with the target audience.
- Develop and implement brand marketing campaigns that support the brand strategy and drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Sales Strategy :
- Drive sales growth and ensure the success of the company's sales efforts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for both retail and wholesale channels.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships with key retailers and wholesalers.
- Manage sales performance and track key metrics.
- Assist the team in all aspects of store operations.
Skills / Qualifications :
- Prior experience in beauty, health & wellness industry
- Strong grammar and copywriting skills
- Strong understanding of retail and wholesale sales channels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
- Photography, graphic design, and video editing experience a plus

Pay / Schedule :
This is a Full-Time 30+ hour / week on-site position. Compensation will be $42-50K annual with a vesting equity agreement.
Weekend availability is a requirement. Benefits include PTO, sick leave, employee discounts and gifts. Performance reviews are conducted every three months when opportunities for pay increase / salary options & bonuses will be evaluated.
