About theRole :
Were on the hunt for adynamic Associate to join corporate practice specializing in energyproject development and finance.
In this role youll leverage yourexpertise in US project development and finance particularly withdistributed and utilityscale renewable energy projects.
Youllhandle principal financing documentation such as purchaseagreements partnership agreements credit agreements and more whilealso managing key commercial project documentation.
Boston andWashington DC are preferred office locations.
Your Mission :
- Manage US project development and finance forrenewable energy projects.
- Draft and negotiateprincipal financing documentation.
- Handle keycommercial project documentation including PPAs EPCs andinterconnection agreements.
- Conduct thoroughdue diligence and ensure regulatorycompliance.
What YouBring :
- JD or LLM froman ABAaccredited law school.
- Admitted oreligible for admission in MA DC NY or CA.
- Minimum four years of project finance experience at a lawfirm.
- Strong written and verbal communicationskills.
- Professionalism in client interactionsand collaborative team settings.
- Exceptionalorganizational skills with a keen attention todetail.
