Overview :

The Verkada Marketing Creative team is looking for a meticulous and craft-obsessed Production Designer to help scale our brand across multiple touchpoints.

This role works hand-in-hand with the Production Design Manager and will scale, foster, and fortify the Verkada visual brand across every touchpoint imaginable.

You will also work closely with the Product Marketing Team during product launches and quarterly cycles.

Responsibilities :

• Help design and scale Product Documentation including, but not limited to : Datasheets, Overview Guides, Whitepapers and eBooks
• Design and scale branded print collateral, including direct mail, brochures, flyers and sell sheets
• Design real world solutions for Field Marketing, Event Support and Trade Show Booths
• Help manage and maintain the team’s branded asset library (Our DAM is currently Brandfolder)
• Quality control creative and branded assets as well as support QC’ing with cross-functional team members
• Help scale digital and print ads as needed

Requirements :

• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with focus InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• 3+ years of in-house or agency experience
• An expert visual communicator and problem solver that thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Portfolio showcasing design at scale and other various marketing communications
• A passionate and enthusiastic problem solver with an eye for detail
• Degree in Graphic Design or Media Arts preferred
• Thorough knowledge of both digital and print production practices

Nice to Have :

• Experience in Figma
• Experience with programmatic tools (Celtra, Smartly.io)

Pay Disclosure :

With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity.

This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range.

This estimate is also just one component of Verkada’s total rewards package. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and / or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
