- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards

- Contribute ideas for new dishes and culinary techniques
Qualifications :
- experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, chef-driven restaurant
- Strong knowledge of European cuisine and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail,
Must be able to work Weekends
