Your Role as a CNA :

  • Deliver compassionate care and support to patients in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility.
  • Monitor vital signs, blood glucose levels, and maintain accurate intake / output records.
  • Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to enhance patient well-being.
  • Observe and report changes in patient conditions to ensure optimal care.

    • Desired Qualifications :

  • Active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Minnesota
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months or more of experience in a nursing facility (preferred, but not necessary)
  • Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, team-oriented approach
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
