Responsibilities

Are you a field marketing pro looking to grow your career with a $10B global market leader? Teleperformance is seeking a US Growth Marketing Manager.

Be part of a team where you’ll design and execute campaigns to increase awareness, pipeline, and revenue.

You will collaborate with Global Growth Marketing and Corporate Marketing resources to deliver campaigns. You will also work closely with Business Development, equipping them with campaigns, content, and insight to accelerate sales.

We are seeking someone who will work closely and collaboratively to support key stakeholders across the organization to ensure marketing strategies are aligned to the Company’s overall vision, mission, core values, culture, norms and policies.

This is a fully-remote position that reports to the Director of US Growth Marketing,

Your Responsibilities

Drive pipeline and sales in your assigned industries as measured by leads, opportunities, deal acceleration, and wins.

  • Design and execute integrated, multi-touch programs that combine industry-specific campaigns while leveraging Global Growth / Corporate Marketing campaigns.
  • Be hands-on with our marketing technology tools, including Marketo, InstaPage, Demandbase and Salesforce, to build campaigns, landing pages, emails, reports, and more.
  • Communicate effectively to drive Sales / Marketing alignment and marketing campaign leverage.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of Growth / Field Marketing experience is required; You thrive on collaborating with Sales and driving pipeline.
  • 5+ years’ experience working with Marketo, Salesforce and ideally Demandbase. Marketo is a must-have.
  • You’ve worked in global, highly matrixed organizations. TP Marketing resources are literally based around the world.
  • Proven track record in a high-growth, fast-paced business. You enjoy the mix of strategy and hands-on execution, and are results-focused.
  • Experience with integrated, multi-touch marketing ranging from ABM and digital marketing to content marketing and events.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in a services organization; familiarity with BPOs and contact centers a decided plus.
  • Executive-level presentation and communication skills, both client and internal.
  • A collaborative mindset is essential.
  • Strong emotional intelligence. We’re building the growth engines, and you’ll help create them.
  • Balancing deadlines and priorities is in in your DNA.
  • Experience working remotely.
