Responsibilities
Develops, implements, evaluates, and documents education activities for the surgical services staff. Conducts orientation and onboarding programs, clinical teaching, education, and staff development.
Conducts interviews, hosts, and participates in staff meetings and in-service training as required. Develops and revises policies and procedures to meet changing needs, standards, practices, and environmental changes.
Works on specified projects for nursing management. Supports surgical services operations and metrics. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required ACLS, PALS, BLS required
Master’s degree preferred Certification in Operating Room Nursing required
5- 8 year experience in OR Current Florida License as a Registered Nurse
Must be available for call rotations
