Travel Nurse RN - PCU - $2,588 per week in Albuquerque, NM

Traveler must havepermanent address outside of radius rule of 75 miles. Please note time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered forapproval.

Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved. When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist / competency assessment.

Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. EXP : 2 years experience current required in Cardiac Cath Lab.

Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES : to include Adult Cardiac Catheterization, Cardiac Devices, Electrophysiology and / or Structural Heart.

Ensures that complete and accurate documentation is maintained, ensures accurate medication, charge, and reporting accuracy of daily procedural case load, Respond and provide emergent care, performs administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, ensuring maintenance of equipment, and cleanliness of the lab.

Assures preparedness of procedure rooms and compliance in accordance to PHS, Local and Federal regulations. CERTS / REQUIREMENTS : Associates Degree in RN program, radiology, Prefer 3 years of adult Cath lab diagnostic, interventional, or EP, procedures in performing scrubbing, circulating and monitoring / recording duties.

RN licensure required. BLS, ACLS & PALS, Requires detailed knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, disease processes and principles of cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional technology.

SHIFTS : 7am - 5 pm - May fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. On call, weekends and holidays may be required.

Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts. ORIENTATION : 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.

Scrubs : required Additional Information : NO HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR TRAVELERS (updated 10.10.2024) 1. Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked, in order to be considered for a travel position.

2. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location.

3. State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice. The state tax should be paid to the state of New Mexico.

4. ENSURE AN ACCURATE SS# and DOB IS ENTERED. IF NOT, TRAVELER MAY BE PUSHED / AGENCY SUSPENED (creates I.T. onboarding issues).
