We are seekinga skilled Processing Technician to join our team at Company in LongBeach CA. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient andquality production of our products.
The ideal candidate will haveexperience in manufacturing or industrial environments with astrong focus on safety precision and processoptimization.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Operateand maintain processing equipment in accordance with companyguidelines.
- Monitor production processes andadjust equipment settings to ensure product quality.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machineryto prevent downtime.
- Work closely with thequality assurance team to identify and resolve productionissues.
- Record and report production dataaccurately for process improvement analysis.
- Comply with all safety and health regulations to ensure asafe working environment.
- Participate intraining sessions to upgrade technical skills and knowledge relatedto the operations.
- Assist in theimplementation of new processes and equipment.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; technicalcertification or degree preferred.
- At least 12years of experience in a manufacturing or processingenvironment.
- Strong mechanical skills andunderstanding of machine operations.
- Excellentproblemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced teamorientedenvironment.
- Good communication skills and theability to follow written and verbal instructions.
