Apartment Maintenance Supervisor Join our clients rapidly expanding team at our premier Greeley multifamily property! They are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead our crew of 2-5 Maintenance Technicians.
Qualifications :
- Technical expertise in A / C, heating.
- Carpentry skills.
- Maintenance experience.
- Record keeping.
- Proactive maintenance.
- Emergency readiness.
- Leadership skills
Responsibilities :
- Supervise maintenance operations for 200-300+ units.
- Oversee work performed by staff (electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
- Handle vendor relationships and contracts.
- Complete tenant service requests promptly.
- Enforce safety policies and regulations.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Conduct property inspections.
- Assist with emergencies as needed.
Your responsibilities include :
- Supervising the maintenance team.
- Monitoring property condition.
- Performing repairs (electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Managing vendor relationships.
- Ensuring safety compliance.
- Handling tenant service requests.
- Staying within budget guidelines.
