- Willingness to undergo non-billable orientation for up to 8 hours. Job Description : Provide patient care in a 24-bed Critical Access facility specializing in Medical-Surgical treatment.
- Manage an average nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 : 4-5, with support from a Nurse Aide.- Ensure high standards of care and patient safety.
- Be adaptable to assist in other Medical-Surgical units as required.- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Note : Guaranteed hours do not apply during the orientation week, and candidates may be called off for a total of up to 36 hours over the 13-week contract.
