Healthcare Organization : Integrated health system serving patients in Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin.

Opportunity : Family Medicine / Hospitalist Physician- Split position

• Full-time permanent position
• On the outpatient side (roughly half-time)
• ideal candidate would be a flexible team player, looking to maintain a mix of both outpatient and inpatient medicine
• Roughly 8 days of clinic, spread over 3 weeks
• No OB, but prenatal care is an option
• Telephone call 1 : 26, peds call only
• On the inpatient side
• Half-time Hospitalists work 1, 7-on shift, per month
• 12 hours shifts with 2-3 weeks of nights; rest of the shifts are days
• BC / BE Family Medicine of Internal Medicine- Required
• Current ACLS- Required

Compensation : Very competitive salary with comprehensive benefits. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
