Robert Half is in search of a dedicated Customer Service Representative based in Portland, Oregon. The role primarily involves managing client relations, data management, and generating reports in a customer service environment.
This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity and will be a crucial part of the client facing team, playing a significant part in ensuring customer satisfaction and data accuracy.
Responsibilities :
- Monitoring testing and validation statuses on vital software systems.
- Generating and issuing reports, using proprietary software tools to check information against client submissions and standards
- Coordinating with the other departments on client invoicing
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining utmost confidentiality
- Keeping and maintaining client files and records of communications
- Identifying and reporting formatting and data tracking issues to supervisors
- Willingness to support other customer service roles as needed
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Service Representative role or similar
- Proficient in answering inbound calls with a focus on resolving customer queries efficiently
- Experience with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in email correspondence, demonstrating excellent written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is essential
- Experience in data management, including organizing, storing, and retrieving data as required
- Ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of management
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Must have strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
