Responsibilities :

Owns, oversees, and manages all production operations processes, policies, procedures, and activities, including :

  • Oversight
  • Budgeting & Planning
  • Estimating & Bidding
  • Permitting
  • Scheduling
  • Material Ordering
  • Material Delivery
  • Project Installation
  • Project Quality Control
  • Problem Repairs
  • Initial Project Billing
  • Vendor Invoicing and Auditing
  • Company and Regulatory Compliance
  • Manage a team of 4-10 Project Managers, Coordinators, and Analysts
  • Mentor, coach, and facilitate the development of professionals.
  • Set and communicate expectations.
  • Monitor daily and weekly performance.
  • Hold Team Members accountable to expectations.
  • Facilitate performance management processes.
  • Establish performance- and results-focused training curriculums.
  • Own Department and project P&Ls
  • Establish, evolve, adopt, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Own and manage relationships with contractors, subcontractors, materials suppliers, engineering and architecture firms
  • Handle complex construction cases and difficult customer situations.
  • Facilitate contractor and subcontractor back charges for rework, problem repairs, or other installation issues arising from contractor, subcontractor, or supplier performance.
  • Contribute to a positive end-to-end customer journey and experience.
  • Collaborate with other department managers to achieve customer service-focused solutions and outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Executive and Management Teams to plan for strategic growth, elevate the customer experience, and improve operational efficiencies.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Operations, or Industrial Engineering
