• Required Certifications : BLS, PharmD, State licensed
• Required Skills : Inpatient / Acute care, Anticoagulants, Cardiac dosing, Clinical dosing, Geriatric dosing, High risk medications, Pediatric dosing, Pharmacokinetic dosing, Psychotherapeutic Management, Renal dosing, Therapeutic med monitoring, Warfarin Dosing, Pyxis, Infectious diseases

Job Details :

• Pay : $3023.28 / week - $3212.88 / week
• Assignment Length : 13-week assignment
• Shift : 5, 8-Hour 08 : 00 - 16 : 30
• At least one year of experience required
