Duties and Responsibilities :
- Handle various intellectual property litigation matters, focusing on patent and trade secrets disputes.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Prepare and respond to discovery requests, including document production and deposition preparation.
- Assist with the development and execution of litigation strategy.
- Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff on case management.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
- Specific experience with patent and trade secrets disputes.
- Highly desirable experience with inter partes review petitions.
- Degree in Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science is strongly preferred.
