We are actively seeking a highly skilled Permanent Associate Litigation Attorney with a focus on General / Professional Liability to join our dynamic team.

This role is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and motivated attorney who is looking to further their career in a reputable law firm.

As an integral part of our team, you will handle a wide range of complex litigation matters, providing comprehensive legal advice and representation to our clients.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of litigation, from initial case evaluation through pretrial preparation, trial, and post-trial appeals.

This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation.

Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in a wide range of general and professional liability litigation matters.
• Conduct thorough and detailed case evaluations to identify potential legal issues and develop effective strategies for resolution.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, trial, and appeals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
• Regularly communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure effective case management.
• Provide sound legal advice and guidance to clients, keeping them informed and updated on case progress.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, ensuring their legal needs are met and exceeded.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to stay abreast of current trends and developments in general and professional liability law.
• Participate in firm marketing and business development initiatives to attract new clients and expand existing client relationships.

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the state of Arizona
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on general and professional liability.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Proven experience in managing all phases of litigation, from case evaluation through trial and appeals.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle complex legal issues and cases.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest level of professional and ethical standards.
• Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.
• Proven track record of success in litigation, with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
• Strong business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
