Description
The Privacy Compliance Analyst position is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced organization and a growing global team to take the Auth0 privacy program to the next level.
The Privacy Compliance Analyst will support the implementation of Privacy-by-Design and Privacy-by-Default across Auth0.
As a member of the Compliance team, you will have unique insight into all of Auth0's Compliance programs and be a critical part of our team.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about privacy and who has a deep understanding of privacy regulatory frameworks and practices.
Responsibilities :
Provide coordination, advisory and implementation support to help shape a culture of privacy throughout Auth0.
Assist Auth0 departments to further adopt privacy by design into Auth0 products and processes.
Support and guide business in Auth0 Product Unit in complying with privacy requirements.
Assist in the development / implementation of privacy controls for Auth0's global control framework, referencing the laws of the US, EU and member states, UK and other European countries, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Argentina and Japan.
Implement tactical, measurable and scalable processes for demonstrating privacy compliance including privacy assessments.
Perform analysis of vendors and their risk to Auth0's compliance and privacy controls.
Assist with data flow analysis, documenting data handling rules, and data usage throughout Auth0.
Assist with the consultation of technical implementation of privacy controls.
Form strong collaborative relationships with Auth0 teams globally.

Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in law); Advanced degree a plus.
1-3 years of experience in privacy compliance, data governance or similar legal / compliance analyst roles.
Fundamental project management skills (e.g. project charters, trackers, timelines, and reports).
Relevant privacy certifications (e.g. CIPP, CIPT, or CIPM) desirable.
Experience working for technology companies, in-house privacy team, privacy department, or consulting firm.
Experience working with or for global cloud computing and software-as-a-service (SaaS) providers.
Sophisticated Microsoft Office and G-Suite skills (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Docs, Sheets, or Slides).
Proficiency with project management practices, workflow tools and methodologies (e.g.JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheets) desirable.
