An established building and refurbishment contractor that specializes in high-end residential projects in London is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join their team.
The Project Manager will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments in London. The company has a strong pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and development prospects.
The Company
Specializing entirely in prime residential refurbishments, they have recently experienced an influx of new projects. They have a turnover of around £20 million;
the company is of medium size and has a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional standards of work. They also offer a financially stable future.
The Project Manager Role
The successful Project Manager will be split between 2 projects within Central London. The particular projects you will be working on are two residential refurbishments, one at £3 million and one at £8 million mark.
Projects are all residential refurbishments with a high level of finish and some incredible joinery.
