About Us
Brigham and Women's Harbor Medical Associates, a member of Mass General Brigham Medical Group, is a multispecialty, primary care practice with more than 65 physicians.
We have several offices across the South Shore and are affiliated with Brigham and Women's Hospital, Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Center, and South Shore Hospital.

Brigham and Women’s Harbor Medical Associates in South Weymouth is located at 541 Main Street, South Weymouth, 02190. This location has multiple specialties including Cardiology, Diagnostic Radiology, Endocrinology, Family Medicine, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Pathology, Pulmonology, Sleep Medicine and Vascular Surgery.
This location also provides services such as Blood Draw Lab, Imaging, Primary Care and Urgent Care / Fast Care.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Practice Assistant to support our Family Medicine team onsite Monday through Friday, from 7 : 15am to 3 : 45pm.
Dedicated to administrative support, Practice Assistants serve as the gatekeepers of our practices and ensure that teams are delivering the highest quality experience that exceeds our patients' expectations.
Responsibilities include check in, check out, phone reception duties, and serving as the first point of contact for patient appointments.
Our Family Medicine practice continues to grow, and we are looking for someone is passionate about growing with our team to achieve their professional goals as well!

- High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required
