Position Summary

Our team is looking for experienced truck drivers! This job will primarily consist of local vehicle operations involving positioning and moving trucks and trailers on and between farms, distribution facilities, and maintenance facilities. On occasion, deliveries will be required throughout the region.

Location

Return is located in rural southeastern Minnesota, approximately 15 miles south of Rochester. Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works in outside weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately loud while in the office / shop or the field.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk and hear. The employee is constantly required to use hands and fingers to feel, handle or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, balancing, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Hours of work are but are not limited to Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Can require working on weekends and overtime pay over 40 hours per week.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay rate is commensurate with experience, between $25 and $30 per hour. After 60 days of employment, you are eligible for company health benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k, paid time off, and paid company holidays.

Travel

Local travel to various worksites is required.
