Automotive Service Advisor - Bobby Rahal Honda
ABOUT THE AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR ROLE
In this position, you field phone calls from clients who have general questions or are looking to schedule service appointments, and when they drop their vehicle off at the dealership you greet them with a smile and ensure we have an accurate description of their concerns.
You then act as the liaison between our Service Technicians and the client, explaining all recommended work and getting authorization to perform repairs.
You provide honest, accurate estimates on labor and parts and ensure that all charges are billed out correctly.
The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 6 : 30am to 4pm with a Saturday rotation.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong phone and computer skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Prior dealership / automotive experience strongly preferred
