Allura Fiber Cement products are made with an advanced formula that resists damage from moisture, rot, hail and termite attacks.
Best of all, Allura products are suitable in even the most extreme hot and cold climates and are non-combustible. We are looking for a Production Technician.
This position will be given exposure into multiple manufacturing areas, and will cross train for multiple skill sets. This opening, for example, will offer training in our Shapes Machine to Forklift Driving.

This is a full-time benefit eligible position. Positions start at $21.00 / hr, and increase with responsibility with higher payrates.
Night shift employees have an $1.20 / hour shift differential added to their payrate (starting at $22.20 / hr). Overtime is currently offered.
Essential Functions (not limited to) :
- MUST be able to work 12 hour shifts. 6am-6 : 30pm(Day) or 6pm-6 : 30am(Night)
- Responsible for the operation and management of assigned machine center.
- Operates forklift
- Acts as a relief for other machine station operators
- Cleans areas as assigned
- Troubleshoot production problems
Must be able to :
- Work 12 hr shifts, with the potential of 7-10 days in a row when product order volume is high.
- Work overtime as requested
- Ability to work safely and adhere to all safety policies
- Works under pressure safely, to do your part in helping the team can meet production goals
Employment Requirements :
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be legal to work in the US and provide legal documentation verifying such
- Must be able to read, speak, and understand English
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry, up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs frequently
- Must be able to work consecutive 12 hour shifts, standing
- Successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen, as we are a No-Tolerance, Drug-free Workplace which includes recreational and / or medical marijuana.
